Listen!!! This big push for mental health therapy is being pushed on every symptom to have a diagnosis. Advertisements are no longer regular commercials!!! There shouldn't be advertisements for prescription meds ANYWAY but I know you've seen them. Some have jingles that will stay in your head like the EMPIRE CARPET COMMERCIAL. The newer commercials are you and me now...recruited as good theater and not even getting paid. Don't think this is just someone vlogging about their life!! This is being used to promote Lexapro!! It's a prescription drug used to treat Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) Panic disorder Social anxiety disorder Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) I'm not saying there isn't a need for mental health care, but beware of people selling you a diagnosis so you can buy their prescription. Commercials are now customer rehearsals instead of customer reviews.

I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for PanAfricans and Afrocentric black Americans to understand that many of us who are FBA have completed and conducted genealogical research-like me myself. I’m 200+ years back into my bloodline and I have yet to find an African. we are not saying you are not of African descent, but you all have to accept that many of us who are FBA we are finding more Native American indigenous ancestry in our genealogical research. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for some of you all to comprehend. This is not even an argument. nobody is in any place to argue with anyone about their unique bloodline- no two FBAs have the exact same bloodline unless they are Relatives, but we all share a similar lineage experience. if I can accept that you have some African ancestry in your bloodline because you’re Gullah geechi then you’re gonna have to accept that some of us have Native American and Indian ancestry who bloodlines originate somewhere along the Mississippi river, in the most interior parts of the United States! get y’all comprehension together. It’s much bigger than what they’ve told us. We have to tell the whole story.
