Dear @TEKKEN, Rein needs a nerf. Her down-forward 2 is -12; however, you can only punish Rein's down-forward 2 with a 10-frame startup. I tried Magic 4, which is an 11-frame startup and a 12-frame punishment. Should I be able to punish Rein since I'm plus 12 on block, right? #fgc
