نادي كومو 1907 الإيطالي قام بلفتة إنسانية جميلة في أول مباراة له بتاريخه في دوري أبطال أوروبا ضد آر بي لايبزيغ يوم الخميس 10 سبتمبر 2026 على ملعب جوزيبي سينيغاليا. 🇮🇹🇩🇪

و بسبب الطلب الهائل على التذاكر (تجاوزت الطلبات سعة الملعب بثلاثة أضعاف) وتقليص السعة بحوالي ألف مقعد بسبب متطلبات اليويفا، نفدت التذاكر بالكامل.

لذلك قرر رئيس النادي ميروان سوارسو مع عدد من المديرين التنازل عن مقاعدهم في المقصورة الشرفية لصالح الجماهير المسنين المولودين عام 1950 أو قبله (فوق 75 سنة)، الذين تابعوا النادي عبر كل الدرجات من الدرجة الرابعة حتى دوري الأبطال. 🏟️

تم اختيار حوالي 72 مشجعاً من مئات الرسائل التي وصلت للنادي، وروى فيها المشجعون قصص ولائهم للنادي.

وفر النادي حافلات صغيرة مع مساعدة طبية لنقل بعضهم من منازلهم وإعادتهم بعد المباراة، كما نظم لهم عشاء في منطقة الضيافة قبل المباراة بساعتين.

أكبر الحاضرين كان إرنستو بيانكي البالغ من العمر 95 عاماً (مواليد 1931)، الذي حضر أول مباراة للنادي في الخمسينيات.

الجماهير المسنة جلست في مقاعد الإدارة وشاهدت فوز كومو التاريخي بنتيجة 4-1.

Fun fact - 2013, I needed to meet my sales target at Smile 4G LTE because month end was fast approaching. Soo a friends dad asked me to visit Christ Life church. I didn’t know anyone, I just walked in and asked for their media department and gave them a free trial. They loved the internet but they couldn’t make any decision on behalf of the church. None could also do an intro to those who could make decisions.

In defeat, I just looked at the surrounding and said to myself. My transport to this place must not waste. The church had a small library that had his books. I started skimming through a couple of them. I kuku didn’t have money to buy any. Then the person selling the book insist I must buy one, I used my transport fare to buy one.

After buying it. My mind just said go and wait at the waiting room and be reading the book.

The receptionist asked me who I am waiting for. I said joking I said I am not leaving this place if I don’t see Bishop Wale Oke. I sat down and started reading. Ten minutes later, she received a call on the land line and said Bishop wants to see you now.

I was like haaaa. I started feeling very anxious, book in my palm, bag on my back filled with internet routers and mifi.

I entered the office. He didn’t talk to me, he spoke to one of his sons who was also in his office that he is having issues with his laptop and internet. I just jumped in. Sir, I want you to try this Internet. I connected him and Smile 4G gave him that blazing speed.

He asked what I wanted to see him for. I said I came to sell internet here but no one will listen to me. He laughed. He asked me to connect 5 for his building. And took me to one of his services. Everybody was looking at me. What does bishop wants to do for this young boy. He told the congregation that he used the best internet through me and everyone should patronize me.

I sold like 60 mifis and 10 dongles. My supervisor to had call and shout “Danjuma, what magic are you doing at Christlife!”

I went to thank Bishop and I said I really appreciates his kindness and asked what did you see in me that warrants such help.

He said he saw me reading a book at the reception. That’s enough to tell him about me and he was free at the time.

Such a wonderful man.

If you've followed me on this platform, it's no news that Pastor Kumuyi has had the greatest impact on my life, ministry and doctrinal persuasion. One of the funniest things i experienced practicing in Nigeria was when they brought a 'Masquerade' to the emergency room.

He had apparently been in a fight with another crazy human who beat him up and i could see blood seeping through the costume but the Masquerade enchanters who brought him insisted that i couldn't remove the costume or reveal his face because it was a taboo for 'Ordinary human' to see the gods face to face 😅.
