@prakashtotweet Yes I resolved it by calling the Ottawa IRCC. Another way to link is try to use the other way round like instead of keying ok in your surname as your original surname, key in given name and name as surname. Because mine was the same issue and rectified the same way. Good luck 🤞

@KoltunAndrew Already submitted ATIP note in April but up to date no response. Please expedite the processes please as the request for my daughter who's 11 years old is stuck back home. The whole family got the visa but only my youngest daughter. Kindly look into responding all the backlogs.Tq

@CitImmCanada I've contacted the call center but it was located in USA and they confirm by saying that won't be able to help me since the request is for Canada. Tried linking with precise info but still didn't link. Submitted webform with all screenshot answers but still no news.Pls assist🙏
