@cpo_taxi @MyNottingham @SafeNottm This is a serious matter as if this vehicle was being used as a PH minicab than more than likely the driver does not hold a badge and have taxi insurance therefore a huge risk to #Public safety. It would also be interesting know what PH Company panels this vehicle had on.
