Two tokenomics proposals are now at governance.

Under the proposed strategy, we would put 100% of revenue from Ult and Cronos Launch into buying CRO on the open market and burning it every month. The Strategic Reserve would fund staking rewards while that happens, so the chain stays secure as supply comes down.

Separately, 228,000,000 CRO would be burned from the community pool. We have burned 50M four times. This one takes the total to 428M.
