Looking to get back into Ultimate and see how my body responds before committing to anything serious.
I haven’t played competitively in quite a while, but I would love to start getting some reps in again. I’m looking for any leagues, pickup groups, club teams, or practices in the Dallas/Fort Worth area where I could come out, throw, run drills, and gradually work my way back into the sport.
If you know of any teams or groups that might be a good fit, I’d appreciate any recommendations.
