@amazonIN my order is stuck. Irrespective of what i mail to the agent they are sending me the same mail. Also tried to contact the direct customer care. They are saying as the case is with the higher department we cannot do anything. Wasting my time like anything.

@AmazonHelp This is only frustrating. Just as i trusted you people this feels like more of like i got cheated. Canceling the order in flipkart was my call. But that was on the history of my experience with you people.

While my dad refused to cancel his order from flipkart he got his iphone delivered before the promised date, my phone is not even dispatched and is being asked to cancel. Pure frustation. I hope this will be resolved (4/n)

While the other one is still now shipped. This is not what i would expect while purchasing a high value product from such a reputed platform. Adding salt to the wound, I had a confirm order from flipkart which i canceled just because i had far more trust on amazon (3/n)

@AmazonHelp Asking to cancel for a mistake from your end is not fair. When you can't deliver a order why to accept it at the first place. Have been raising the concern since the past 2 days no resolution. As I already asked before, am I being scammed?

@AmazonHelp what you say is completely different to what your on call agent said now. They are saying that we need to look into it and allow us 48 to 72 hours. As expected it wont get delivered today as they didnt even ship my product.

@AmazonHelp i understand what you are trying to convey. but you need to understand my concern too. I have purchased paying a lot of amount. now that it is not yet dispatched, it is natural for me to be worried. added to that i ordered 2 phones while one is showing a delivery date of 20 (1/2)

@instamart_it hi. If i receive a shoe which i though would fit me and later when i find it is of not my size, cant i return. Your agents are just frustrating me giving the same saved responses. no help at all. When your brand shoes doesnt fit my actual size. I should have a right

@SwiggyCares but sir, i understand your feedback. Think i cannot know my size by a picture. i had to wear it to know it. In that case there must be some policy where the customer gets what he wants. value against the money paid. If i cannot wear it.. there is no way i have anyother use.
