@virginmedia Yes it tells me they're working to fix the problem. But the app says there is no problem in my postcode area, and my neighbour has no issues at all (same postcode). Only when Virgin runs a test on my specific home kit does it find an issue. It's been like this for days now.
@virginmedia How do I speak to an actual human at Virgin Media? My upload speed has been reduced by about 95% for days now. The website takes me in circles, the "how to contact us" section only says that I CAN contact but not actually how. Tried phoning but that led to a dead end
@virginmedia The link just leads to the page where it says they're working on it, and the call says to hang up. I don't think there's a problem in my area in general, my neighbour has no issues. And it's just our upload speed affected. I just don't know how to get through to an actual person.
@virginmedia No it sent me through a list of options that led to a dead end. I'm getting conflicting information from the Virgin app; it says there isn't a problem in my area, but also that they're working on the problem in my area! The phone call led to them just sending me a link.
I was supposed to have a delivery this afternoon ("Your IKEA delivery is coming today between 12pm and 4pm"). Got home from work at 11.45, seems they tried to deliver at 9am. After an hour on hold I'm told to either cancel or rebook delivery for in 2 weeks! Awful! @IKEAUKSupport
@MrDaruth @ROCCAT Yeah I've been trying to consider all of those factors. I had a long list, then narrowed down to the 2 above, now back up to around 5 or 6 again haha. Might have to break out the old spreadsheets!
