For too long, regulatory uncertainty has prevented responsible, yet critical innovation from taking root in the United States.
It has been a priority of my chairmanship to reverse this trend.
Though temporary, the Innovation Exemption is a principled, structured grant of relief designed to resolve genuine legal uncertainty, while providing investor protections and upholding market integrity standards.
Through this order and a number of ongoing initiatives, we will ensure that America remains the world’s premier destination to build the next generation of financial infrastructure.
@Sen_Alsobrooks The ones voted no keeps talking about ethics but if you have passed the bill on the 15th that would have strict a lot of these pump and dump crypto schemes. Its still a wild wild west out here without that bill thanks to all that voted no because of the hate on one man
@JohnEDeaton1@HawleyMO He definitely didn't read the bill because Senator Cynthia Loomis explained about small community banks are protected or wont effect small banks. Remember what she said after Jamie Dimon in an interview.
@SenatorBennet That's why you needed to pass the bill so Trump can stop making money out of crypto. To those people who created a pump and dump crypto will continue to do so because you failed to place regulations. Just because your hate on one man and his family you forgot the people
@SenatorSlotkin That's why you needed to pass the bill so Trump can stop making money out of crypto. To those people who created a pump and dump crypto will continue to do so because you failed to place regulations.
