If you want to understand why millions of Americans still have questions about the 2020 election, start with this:

Why were votes from 800 counties across 7 states reportedly routed through Scytl, a Spanish election technology company in Barcelona that had entered bankruptcy proceedings shortly before the election?

Scytl's own materials highlighted its role in U.S. election infrastructure. The company was also involved in overseas election systems that later faced scrutiny over security vulnerabilities and vote integrity concerns.

Now add in the bigger questions:
- Why are critical election systems operated through layers of private vendors, subcontractors, and shell companies?
- Why do electronic voting systems still raise cybersecurity concerns from experts across the political spectrum?
- Why is there still no universal standard for transparent chain of custody?

Chain of custody matters.

If Americans can't easily follow where votes go, who handles them, and how they're processed, public confidence suffers.

Texas taxpayers are now funding Hamed Ghazali, one of the central Muslim Brotherhood strategists ever to operate in America.

He is explicitly named in the Brotherhood’s secret 1991 Explanatory Memorandum as a key architect of its plan to:

“destroy Western civilization from within and sabotage its miserable house.”

And today, Texas is cutting him a check for every child he enrolls.

🟥 STEP 1: 1988 – THE YEAR THE JIHAD NETWORK WENT PUBLIC ON U.S. SOIL

Back in 1988, long before most Americans had heard the name “Osama bin Laden,” Hamed Ghazali was already:

🔻 Filming and promoting jihadi recruitment and fundraising videos inside the United States

🔻 Going mosque-to-mosque through his “Ghazali Islamic Video” operation

🔻 Platforming the top aides and protégés of Al-Qaeda co-founder Abdullah Azzam

🔻 Broadcasting appeals for “weapons support” for the Mujahideen

🔻 Praising American Muslims who left the U.S. to fight jihad overseas

His tapes show:

🔻 U.S. mosques used as jihad recruitment hubs
🔻 Al-Qaeda’s network touring American Islamic centers to raise cash and fighters
🔻 Calls to donate to the “Occupied Land Fund” - later exposed as the Holy Land Foundation, convicted of sending $12 million to Hamas

In other words:

🔴 1988 is the year the entire pre-9/11 jihad pipeline — the men who built Al-Qaeda, Hamas, and Osama bin Laden’s fighter network - appears on tape inside the United States, with Hamed Ghazali promoting and amplifying them from Kansas through his own video operation.

These are the very networks that fed Al-Qaeda, financed Hamas, and built bin Laden’s movement long before 9/11 — and Hamed Ghazali was helping broadcast them across America.

🟥 WHO HE ACTUALLY PUT ON CAMERA IN 1988

These were not random speakers. Ghazali filmed and promoted the core architects of the global jihad network:

Second-in-command to Abdullah Azzam, co-founder of Al-Qaeda.

On Ghazali’s tape he:

– asked U.S. Muslims for “weapons support”
– confirmed Americans were joining jihad
– said he was touring U.S. mosques to raise money and fighters

🔸 Abdullah Azzam’s inner circle

Azzam - Osama bin Laden’s mentor - appears via his American convert guard, who said:

– Azzam personally trained him
– Azzam sent him back to the U.S. to recruit and raise money
– American Muslims have a duty to fight jihad

🔸 Nabil Sadoun (later deported for hiding Hamas ties)

Praised Sayyid Qutb’s Milestones — the jihad manifesto that inspired 9/11.

🔸 The “Occupied Land Fund”

Ghazali urged donations to this group, which later became the Holy Land Foundation, convicted of sending $12 million to Hamas.

This is the network he platformed on tape, inside America, decades before 9/11.

🟥 STEP 2: 1991 – THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD PUTS HIM IN THE WAR PLAN

In 1991, the Muslim Brotherhood circulated its now-infamous Explanatory Memorandum - a master strategy for conquering North America from within, using:

Schools
Mosques
Youth programs
Community institutions

In that secret document, the Brotherhood NAMES Hamed Ghazali as part of its:

“comprehensive da’wah educational organization”

His center is identified as one of the foundations for the nationwide Islamic education system designed to carry out their “grand jihad” against Western civilization.

So by the early 1990s, you have:

🔻A man who helped promote recruitment and fundraising for the networks that fed Al-Qaeda and Hamas

🔻Then formally plugged into the Brotherhood’s master plan to control Islamic education in America

🔻And nobody in federal law enforcement put a stop to it.

🟥 STEP 3: FROM KANSAS JIHAD TAPES TO TEXAS CLASSROOMS

After those years of tapes, tours, and mosque-based activism, Ghazali shifted into education full-time:

🔻Moved from Kansas to Texas

🔻Took senior roles in Islamic organizations and schools

🔻Became chairman of the Muslim American Society Council of Islamic Schools (MASCIS)

🔻 Served as a leader in ISNA and other Muslim Brotherhood-linked bodies

Wrote curricula, trained teachers, and advised Islamic schools across North America

Today, he runs Houston Quran Academy and other education projects.

So the same man who:

🔻 Appears in the Muslim Brotherhood’s 1991 America plan
🔻 Helped promote the pre-9/11 jihad recruitment network
🔻 Promoted what became the Holy Land Foundation
🔻 Defended killing Salman Rushdie for “blasphemy”

…is now presented to Texans as a harmless Islamic school administrator.

🟥 STEP 4: TEXAS JUST PUT HIM ON THE STATE PAYROLL

Under Texas’s new Education Freedom Accounts (2026–27):

🔻$10,800 per child in taxpayer funds
🔻Up to $30,000 for special-needs students

Hamed Ghazali told the Houston Chronicle he plans to raise tuition to match the voucher, guaranteeing:

💸 Every child becomes a state-funded revenue stream
💸 Texas has created a school-choice pipeline feeding a Muslim Brotherhood strategist

🟥 STEP 5: ABBOTT’S DESIGNATION MEANS TEXAS HAS NO EXCUSE

On November 18, 2025, Governor Greg Abbott officially designated:

🔻The Muslim Brotherhood
🔻CAIR
🔻as foreign terrorist / transnational criminal organizations.

That designation allows Texas to:

Freeze assets
Block property purchases
Open criminal investigations
Cut off state funding to affiliates

RAIR Foundation USA has delivered a full evidentiary dossier to the Governor.

For decades, no one in Texas flagged Hamed Ghazali — not lawmakers, not agencies, not school-choice administrators.
