@aflac Why is it taking so long to get applications approved? AFLAC's "Enrollment Tracker" on its website is totally useless. No updates are posted, no requests for additional information are posted...all delaying our communications with AFLAC's potential new clients!
@aflac The rep said that she could add them over the phone, but after a few minutes, she claimed that her system was not cooperating. Told me to call today...I asked her to repeat the off would be open today. She confirmed "YES"! Well, guess what!?!? ๐ก๐ก๐ก
@aflac I finally got through after being on hold for an hour!! The rep was NOT able to give me a status update on the pending applications. Furthermore, two additional applications were supposedly missing the Medicare MBI information.
