If your technology is in crisis, you don’t need more meetings.
You need clarity. Fast.
I’ve been brought into situations where:
• production systems were already down
• ransomware was spreading across the network
• a critical deployment failed hours before launch
• the CTO had just left
• the engineering team was stuck and leadership had no answers
In those moments, time behaves differently.
