Self-Adapting LLMs (SEAL) is a new framework by @MIT that lets LLMs adapt themselves without external tools or modules.

With SEAL, LLMs can write their own study guide:

- They generate their training data and instructions (self-edits)
- Apply them through supervised fine-tuning (SFT)
- And learn to improve through an RL loop
