Thank you to @saifuddinabd for waiting with my mom and being concerned for her welfare while she fell at KLIA yesterday. Sadly, no @MY_Airports staff didn’t bother showing up nor did they offer any assistance to an injured senior citizen on a wheelchair!!!

My brother in law had to run looking for wheelchair. When my mom was being wheeled out, the airport staff sat directing some floor route at a diff level instead of showing an emergency exit. Nor did anyone offer to contact any first aid or medical!! @MY_Airports
