I visited the nearest Delhivery hub where my orders were received, but they refused to hand over my parcels. They said there are a lot of pending items and that they will deliver them whenever they find them

This is absolutely horrible and completely unacceptable. After multiple follow-ups, I personally visited the hub, yet the staff showed no willingness to help and did not know how to properly deal with customers. The way customers are being treated very low
