He’s a former donor & board member to extremist anti-abortion organizations.

He just ruled to overturn a 20+ year old FDA approval of mifepristone - used in abortion medication among other things.

Four HUGE things to know:

1. This is an attempt to ban abortion. Period. Full stop. Medication abortion is the most common form of abortion. This is a radical, extreme move Americans overwhelmingly reject.

2. This is a total power grab disconnected from the law and medical data. He’s trying to do something that has never been done before - overturn the FDA’s approval of safe, effective medication.

3. The ruling doesn’t take immediate effect and will be appealed.

4. Abortion medication remains available for everyone and is INCREDIBLY SAFE.
