$IBRX @DrPatrick announced that Saudi Arabia is interested in expanding ANKTIVA & BioShield cure to many other type of cancers while UAE is now considering it as well. He hopes current US Admin won’t waste more time and follow suit.
General Roberto Vannacci declares war on Islam: "I don't want to wake up tomorrow to see crowds of people praying to Allah in Milan's Piazza del Duomo. Italian schools must not close for Ramadan, and I don't want mosques in schools." Every sensible Italian should vote for him.
@gurgavin@wholemars you are mixing up % and misleading
20% unlocking in Aug equates to ~8% of SPCX outstanding shares (as ~60% of o.s. are locked up until jun 2027)
I don't usually engage the posts knocking PSS and ImmunityBio - but this one tags $IBRX and is dense enough with clinical terms that it reads as authoritative, and most people scrolling can't fact-check it in real time. So in fairness to them, here's what those terms actually add up to.
You're right on one thing: QUILT-3.055 is single-arm, and 14 months against historical docetaxel isn't proof on its own. Good - hold that bar. But hold it evenly. In (2) you cite the subgroup that "did better" on repeat Keytruda to argue re-treatment should be PD-L1- and response-guided. Fair instinct - but that finding wasn't significant: p=0.34, confidence interval 0.13 to 2.1, anywhere from big benefit to big harm. It can't actually tell you who to re-treat, and you can't lean on evidence that weak while demanding a controlled trial from ANKTIVA.
On PD-L1 in (1): that's the point, not the objection. ANKTIVA works by waking NK cells with IL-15 - it doesn't run on PD-L1 at all, which is exactly why in QUILT-3.055 the PD-L1-negative patients did best, 15.8 months.
And the "something different" you asked for is inside QUILT-3.055 itself, the very single-arm trial you flagged. Among those 86 patients, the ones whose lymphocyte counts recovered lived 16.2 months vs 11.8 for those who didn't (HR 0.52, p=0.037). That isn't just healthier patients recovering: this exact molecule was shown to expand NK cells in NSCLC patients back in 2018 (Wrangle, Lancet Oncology) - so the recovery is the drug acting, and it tracks survival.
Two things you skipped. You're reading 14 months as the ceiling - it's the floor, set in patients who had already run through a checkpoint inhibitor, the hardest place in oncology to move survival at all, and the effect grows the earlier you go. And where ANKTIVA plus a checkpoint has been randomized - first line - it shows an overall-survival benefit: 34.7 vs 20.2 months, HR 0.38 (QUILT-2.023). Small and early, but a real control arm. A regulator reviewed all of it and approved. Phase 3 settles the rest.
PSS's point was never "this proves ANKTIVA." It was the study's own conclusion: recycling the checkpoint doesn't extend survival, so these patients deserve a new agent. Happy to be corrected with data - same courtesy back.
Manhattan's luxury real estate market suffered one of its weakest weeks in months after Mayor Zohran Mamdani's new pied-à-terre tax (tax on luxury second homes) took effect.
Between July 6 and July 12, only one home priced above $10 million entered contract, compared with the usual 3–5 weekly sales in that price range, according to Olshan Realty.
Overall, 29 Manhattan homes priced at $4 million or more went under contract, but 20 of those were below $6 million, highlighting a sharp slowdown at the very top of the market.
Luxury broker Victoria Shtainer said affluent buyers are becoming increasingly hesitant because of New York's political climate, high taxes, and Mamdani's anti-wealth rhetoric: "The luxury buyer is backing off and thinking twice."
$TSM TSMC CEO last week: "As long as there are business opportunities, we are not hesitate to invest. As you can hear from our prepared remarks, that our conviction in the megatrend, AI megatrend, multi-year, is very strong, we're stepping up the CapEx, including increasing this year's CapEx. Last time we said our CapEx in the next three years will be significantly higher than the CapEx in the past three years. Now, the CapEx in the next three years will be even more significantly higher than the past three years."
prepayments are obv helpful however are still a short term (cost free) financing (2.5yrs on avg) … if Queen developing its pipeline much faster, ie much quicker ramp up, then prepays benefits more helpful. Flip side, prepayments do lower revs. No free lunch.
Hyperscalers will leave you ~ same returns.
$IREN IREN Signs $2.8bil in Contracts, Raises 2026 AI Cloud ARR Target to >$4bil
IREN announced new multi-year cloud services contracts totaling $2.8 billion in contract value and raised its year-end AI Cloud annualized run-rate revenue (ARR) target from $3.7 billion to more than $4 billion.
The company said approximately 85% of the ARR target is now under contract and reported approximately $7.6 billion in cash and cash equivalents as of June 30, 2026.
IREN highlighted strengthened contracted pricing, customer prepayments covering ~45% of related GPU capex on recent deals, and a weighted average contract term of about four years.

Ciao my friend, I hear you (as usual) … I fully agree on revs growth while - as you know - I’m rather focused on bottom lines more than on top lines for heavy capex endeavors … current valuation is pretty much aligned with my original NPV per share (my fair value), built on entire pipeline contracted out at MSFT terms (and reason why I sold entirely out back in Nov, as it was trading well above it).
If Queen/mngt able to sign next deals at better terms (HPC) or equivalent terms/lower risks (COLO), then my valuation will change & increase.
Til then, I stick with my $35/sh ~ $40/sh valuation, depending on ATM/converts vs financing (sustainable leverage), phasing, speed, GPU residual value (biggest unknown) assumptions. In short, dilution.
Dilution is a big factor, particularly when also considering the impact on investors for the outrageous comp pack & evergreen clause.
If I did perform again, today, my business plan I’d also use a higher DR for increased risks (prolonged Iran war, huge upcoming AI raises like Oai, Anthropic, etc)
