On December 8th, 2023 I used my UBA master card for an online transaction (to pay for Aero contractor flight ticket) which was declined but i was debited the sum of N93,600.00 (before an OTP was sent). see comment section

@UBAGroup @flyaero I went back to @UBAGroup and was sent back to @flyaero. It's been over 6 months of constantly complaining to both @UBAGroup and @flyaero still no action has been taking to help me get my money back. Please @cenbank kindly look into this and help me get my money back

@UBAGroup 5 working days but again it was not resolved. I visited same branch again on 11th January 2024 and I was told by the customer service representative that it was a SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION and I should contact @flyaero for a refund which I did but was told to go back to my bank UBA
