Finished my trip and you charged me a higher amount than agreed. Contacted customer support — they couldn’t resolve anything and just kept saying “senior team will connect”. When I asked how long I have to wait, they refused

Trip ended but I was charged extra. Customer support couldn’t resolve it — only said “senior team will call” and refused to tell me how long I have to wait. No resolution at all.
Please fix this urgently!

When mentioned on POD, the delivery agent refused and forcefully took it back. Now shows "refused delivery" on 11/04 with no attempt made. No support, no accountability. Very unprofessional and frustrating service.
#Delhivery Dealing with multiple shipments via #Delhivery, but recent experience was extremely disappointing. Shipment LRN 275241819 marked "damaged" on 05/04, "delivered" on 08/04—but the product was not in real packing.
Extremely frustrated with Safexpress! Shipment #500985000920 was confirmed for delivery this morning, but despite multiple confirmations throughout the day, it was never delivered. Misleading updates and poor communication disrupted my schedule. #CustomerServiceFail#safexpress

@tvsmotorcompany Hi, I have tvs Jupiter that is less than one year old and in that facing issues. And issues are not solved by tvs service center. I complain to each service but no one give solution yet. In my vehicle a unacceptable sound is create in inguine.
