@WashedFigStew Himeko basically didn't exist as a character until 4.2, so not really surprising people wouldn't pull for her when a decent chunk are tapped out of planarcadia as a whole, which impacts how they'd see himeko.

@onetunasandwich TB. I liked them initially as part of the Trio, thought their lore/potential with things like Kafka, SH past etc. were cool during most of 1.X. Then Penacony (+ later Ampho) completely nose-dived my opinion of their char cos the writers didn't know wtf they were doing with them.

@Rainthority Ofc, these are just personal opinion, I can defs understand why people would cry or get emotional over this. Was just trying to share my perspective of why, despite being immersed in the story, and really enjoying the himeko solo bit, I didn't care as much for the 'fakeout'.

@Rainthority It might be because for Blade's solo bit, they had him flashback to different points of his life, in a clear way that 'felt' like it was heading towards death, while with Himeko, her solo bit was very interesting, but earlier in the quest, and unrelated.

@rintaichou I'm going to bring double murmur for round 1 just to terrrorise them (thanks golshi for making it guaranteed). For round 2 i'll switch to double dom cos I assume they'll have proper stam. Maybe I'll throw in a triple murmur comp for fun one round on day 1 to ruin everyones day.

@zhoomerisms Almost all gachas do this yeah, they'll queerbait or have queercoded characters, but they'd never ever actually confirm anything. Goes for jp, cn etc. It's just the money. Why risk alienating your chud male audience when you can just string both along?
