@SoFi your customer service sucks. I get it it’s morning but they are just rude. Upset customer calls in, gets interrupted the whole conversation, when trying to talk they say let me finish sir and talk over you. And then when you talk they talk over you.
Hey @SUBWAY - your app has been so bad since you made your update. The UX sucks so bad now. The app constantly crashes. Just out of curiosity, who decided to make th change?
Folks would rather have something ugly that works perfect than something that looks nice but sucks.
@SUBWAY new app update sucks and has some bugs. After adding something to cart, it takes you to cart but also has a notification pop up asking you to view cart. So I have 3 taps I have to do before I add my other stuff. Simple simple fix.

@PlayHearthstone please tell the devs to think about the way RNG works in battle grounds. Based on the type you choose, you should get more towards that, especially towards end the game. What good is 4 refreshes without a mech when everyone’s elemental or undead and I’m mech. -.-
@RSDragonwilds I know we are in early access, but you guys gotta fix the physics of this game. There’s no reason why I shouldn’t be able jump on a stone ore smaller than me. The combat mechanics also whack. Why can enemies lunge like 100 feet? I had clear distance and still died
@msPartner could you please have someone actually look at my partner account? I keep submitting a ticket to get an actual human for help but automation keeps closing the request before I get any through to anyone. I have been a partner for over a yea, still active but rejected.
Another item: I have Spotify in two of my phones (work and personal) and whenever I use my work phone, I have to sign out and resign in for it to resync
@Spotify why is your DJ so buggy? Perfect example: I will start listening to it in my machine, switch over to my phone and get new music. But when I switch back to my PC, it just regurgitates the playlist I had on my phone.
Bro idk why people think @awscloud is better than @Azure. After using both platforms extensively over the past year, it has to be Microsoft. How can it not be? AWS permissions are tedious. They neglect the UI and overall navigation. Cross account setups are rough. #Azure#MSFT
@Jaguar tell me why whenever I remote start my car (2023 XF) and I go in to drive it, my center vents and rear vents don’t work. I have to lock the car and wait 5-10 minutes for a reset before they start working? Actually I’ve identified the bug in your software already.
@msft4startups Especially since our startup spend is about to be in the red, and we are not yet profitable so really counting on Microsoft to back us. If we lose funding, it’s cool I guess. AWS already approved us and agreed to help us shift over to them
@msft4startups how can I go about increasing my engagement score? I have had countless meeting with advisors and support and they say I don’t qualify? Curious how that is as we use all azure cloud native services, and 25% of all offerings from ms startup
@msft4startups So here am I reaching out again, following your instructions again, and no one can help me. In fact, they are ignoring me. I opened a ticket November 22nd and have followed up diligently. Tried to escalate to managers with no luck. Really disappointed with this support
Maybe someone here can actually provide guidance on how we will not lose our funding. If we can’t get more credits from Azure, we will have to shift to AWS as we still have credits on their platforms
