The contractor has completed the road works and left site without installing covers

After weeks of deliberations and consultations, the Governor @GovKaduna @elrufai has presented a draft budget of N370B for 2023. For the first time in the history of Kaduna State, our IGR plan of N93B is above expected Federation Allocation of about N60B (50% higher).
