If they can afford phones that expensive, then they shouldn't be learning in schools with dilapidated buildings and poor facilities. The real issue isn't the students owning phones, it's the state of the education system.
@jon_d_doe If they can afford those kinds of phones, maybe the bigger concern is why they're still studying in schools with dilapidated buildings. 🤷🏽♀️

For such a serious allegation involving religious violence, independent evidence should exist before people share it as fact. In a world already dealing with religious tensions, we should be careful not to spread unverified stories that could inflame divisions.
Critical thinking requires evidence, not just emotional narratives. Until credible proof is provided, this should be treated as an unverified claim rather than established truth.

@Hybrid_Ola Asking for 50/50 is one thing, demanding £3,000 from her personal bonus and then guilt-tripping her is another. The man was doing too much.
@jon_d_doe I agree to an extent. Treating someone how they ought to be treated means showing respect, honesty, and accountability, even when it's not what they want to hear at the moment.
I just remembered. Mumu me then. I was the one paying for the subscription, only to find out my ex-boyfriend's number was already registered. When I asked questions, he claimed a friend was using the number. I was so in love that I didn't even realize he was cheating. He then gave me another number to call. Sometimes he would pick up, sometimes he wouldn't. Looking back now, omo, I really don mumu that time.
I spent 10 years waiting for someone to give me a chance.
No oga. No connection. No “right time.”
Number 6 is the one that finally woke me up.
The day I stopped waiting is the day I started building.
Nobody is coming to save you sis…that’s actually good news.
8 Life lessons you must learn before life teaches you the hard way:
1) Time is your most precious currency. Spend it wisely you cant earn it back.
2) People show you who they are. Believe them the first time.
3) Happiness is internal. If you chase it outside, you will always feel empty.
4) Health is not guaranteed. Take care of your body before it forces you to.
5) Not everyone is meant to stay. Letting grow is part of growing.
6) No one is coming to save you. Own your story or stay stuck in someone else's.
7) What you tolerate becomes your reality. Raise your standards or live in regret.
8) You die once but you live everyday. Make it count.
Nobody go tell you this, so I will:
Your age is not your problem.
Your zip code is not your problem.
Your school certificate is not your problem.
Your mindset is.
Nigeria will frustrate you, that’s facts.
But frustration is just pressure waiting to become a diamond.
The question is: what are you doing with the pressure?
