🌟 Empowering women’s leadership across our workplace

@PlanRwanda today celebrated the achievements of three female staff members who completed the 8-month 'Women’s Leadership Programme' - an initiative under @PlanMEESA aimed at nurturing potential women leaders and strengthening their leadership skills.

Participants gained significant self-awareness, enhanced their courage and confidence, and discovered their unique leadership styles.

The programme graduates include:
1⃣ Diane Nyirarukundo, Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) Manager
2⃣ Samantha Niyomwungeri, Finance Specialist
3⃣ Alice Bumanzi, Sexual, Reproductive Health, and Rights (SRHR) Advisor
