Never used @AvantiWestCoast first class lounge before so thought I'd get here 90min early today to try it out only to find out that its closed today for some reason. Gutted but doubt I'll be getting first class again 😪

@AvantiWestCoast Neither me or my wife had anything to eat or drink before we boarded the train. We skipped breakfast as we thought we'd have coffee and something to eat at the first class lounge. Dreadful service again from you guys, just not good enough.
