@AskDyson@Dyson I already have a month old thread talking to @AskDyson where I keep being told “we’re working on it.” I sent Dyson my airwrap. You have it. Tell me what’s next. This is beyond unacceptable from a company like Dyson.
@AskDyson I am literally in Hell with your customer support. Called 5 times for a unit I returned in July. It’s October. Still no airwrap. My hair looked terrible all Summer. Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi… you’re my only hope.
