"Post liberal" is not a rejection of the principles of America's founding. It's a rejection of the 20th century reinterpretation of it by the 'small-l' liberals who took over the American right. The founders believed in the common good. You can find the phrase everywhere in their writings, arguments, and even the earliest state Constitutions.
