Thank you @shoun1c for hosting a 100 player Freeze Tag test!!! I had a blast playing and seeing everyone's fresh reactions to the mode was great to see!
Frankly ASTOUNDED that it worked so flawlessly to be honest!

It's been a week since we published Freeze Tag to the workshop but we've still been hard at work on polishing it to be as perfect as it can be!

We've now made it so that the YER will hide the killed player's statue until it can be thawed (making the disguise actually work!)

Tomorrow I'm going to look at hosting a 24/7 freeze tag server for anyone who's still not convinced and would like to give freeze tag an honest try before passing judgement on it. At the end of the day, this was all created for the tf2 community. I just hope we can make you proud

FREEZE TAG UPDATE
Our fifth bespoke map got played for the first time on Friday!

It's currently unnamed, but @Aapelikaeki and Pigeon, who you may know from @OpenFortress did a fantastic job on this map, and it's visually very striking as well as having very fun gameplay spaces!

@nanoco1000 Also very important: the duration of the thaw is now based on the number of players alive on the team. The more of the teamis currently, the less time you need to save a teammate

We have our fourth bespoke Freeze Tag map officially in the works!
Speleo by Pont and @Sarexicus is set in a deep, frosty cave with lots of columnar basalt scattered around.
The point gradually lowers itself to the play area over the course of the rounds, too!

We've just had our first test of our second bespoke Freeze Tag map, Melchior, by @maybesquishy !
Set in an industrial supercomputer cooling complex, Melchior sees Red and Blue fighting in a spytech-themed institution, with a raised point and unique flanks.

FREEZETAG UPDATE:
Himalaya_a5a got tested today!

Changelog:
Sentries are now disabled on round end
Fixed Medigun thaws crediting the thawed player
Players will now take longer to thaw when they die more often (+1s every death, for now)
Removed bonus uber gain during setup

Been lookin' to make a map for #TeamFortress2's upcoming Freeze Tag mode, after a bit of tinkering I finally have an Arena layout I'm happy with! Cryo!

Freeze Tag is a work-in-progress version of Arena by @nanoco1000, @Sarexicus & @Un_Codex.
