52% of women aged 20-39 are now “child-less,” but the author of this article wrote they are “child-free” because they never miss a chance to try to convince young people not to want family.
CEOs are quietly realizing the AI replacement plan has a problem.
Two problems, actually.
One: the token costs for running AI agents are now exceeding what they were paying the employees they fired.
Two: when the tokens run out, the AI stops. Just stops. No continuity. No workaround. Just a spinning wheel where your workforce used to be.
You fired humans to save money and bought a subscription that bills you into a corner.
The employees you let go knew what to do when things broke.
The AI just invoices you for the outage.
And then there’s the permission problem nobody wants to talk about.
To do its job, the AI agent needs access. Full access. Your systems, your patents, your contracts, your future plans. Everything you spent years building, handed over to a process that has no loyalty, no discretion, and no skin in the game.
You didn’t hire a replacement.
You gave a stranger with no soul the keys to everything you own.
Enjoy.

It’s absurd that we even have to deal with “bond markets” and a new “Fed chair.”
Bond markets debate the feasibility of an entity with $39 trillion in debt.
Spoiler alert: $39 trillion in debt.
Someone is anointed into the position of Head Manipulator of Money. That chair should not exist.
Economics should be simple. We become more productive through technological advancements and innovation. Prices drop. Our money’s purchasing power grows. Life gets more affordable.
There’s no inflation. There’s no incessantly-financialized market. There’s just productivity and money that can’t be manipulated.
Once you have money that accurately denominates the world’s productivity — which only happens with a fixed supply of money — the constant conversation around economics gets turned down. We just live life. Nature does its thing. We create new things. Life gets easier. We don’t need bond yields, and we don’t need someone anointed as the Head of Nature.
We live in the most backwards reality in human history. The entire globe prices reality with something that loses value. Understand how insane that is — and how it’s causing all of this other insanity. It’s not natural — that’s what most people can sense. We have thousands and thousands and thousands of years of deeply-ingrained intelligence telling us something is off. And that feeling is right.
It’s all because of unnatural money.
Let’s go to the other side.
Fix the money, fix the world.
Nobody in America voted for data centers.
Nobody in America voted for AI.
Nobody in America voted for surveillance capitalism.
The entire fabric of our society is being changed without the will of the people.
Without a vote.

Texas people...have you had your property tax go down at all in the past 5 years?
I am sick of the BS @GregAbbott_TX is spinning on this.
Something substantial needs to be done about cities hiking up the rates and wiping out any benefits of the homestead exemption.
Look how little time it took for the FBI/DOJ to prosecute the soldier who bet on Venezuela.
Remember that amount of time when the DOJ/FBI tells you to "be patient" when it comes to EVERY OTHER PROSECUTION we have been screaming about over the past 10 years.
Sodier = Yes
Politicians and Bureaucrats = No
Texas, have you received your property appraisal?? Your property taxes are about to SKYROCKET!!...
Never ending property taxes are unethical, immoral, and must be ABOLISHED!!
Texans must be allowed to own their own homes!
ELIMINATE PROPERTY TAXES!!!
