Oh, ok. Basically a Sophia empath wouldn't announce it.
The second it becomes a badge you wear it's taken.
But I see why you'd say it, it's how Youtube vids are made, to feel like recognition.
Easier I just paste this.
Sophia-stage empath is not a type Jung named, so there is nothing to fail at. Sophia, for him, is the last of four anima images — Eve, Helen, Mary, Sophia — a figure the ego meets, not a rank it holds. The related process, individuation, he treated as never finished.
The reason the name does not fit is the question itself. Asking why you are not it still treats it as a title you could be given. Jung’s line on that is direct: “One cannot individuate as long as one is playing a role to oneself; the convictions one has about oneself are the most subtle form of persona and the most subtle obstacle against any true individuation. One can admit practically anything, yet somewhere one retains the idea that one is nevertheless so-and-so.”
He said the same thing as inflation. When the ego identifies with an archetypal image — wisdom, the Self — differentiation collapses, and individuation is not possible, because there is no longer any difference between the person and the god-image. Announcing the stage, or auditing yourself for it, is that identification. The image was meant to be related to, not worn.
We remember a time before the internet.
Analogue childhood then a digital adulthood.
I remember my parents arguing because my Mum read the map wrong and we missed the exit, or driving for 20 mins in the wrong direction before realising.
Going to Blockbuster was exciting.
Physical shops.
Playing outside with friends in the street.
Having a magazine for the weeks TV schedule.
You just had to wait another week for the next episode.
Cliffhangers were a thing.
Tbh, if you're talking actual hatred there is a cost, you've allowed them to consume you with negative energy.
Best to just detach and not give a shit.
If I see someone and I can't smile, my heart won't let me.
Nothing I can do at that point, they're already dead to me.
I guess they weren't worth mourning.
