Running AI workloads today usually means juggling cloud dashboards, spinning up instances, and paying for idle compute you never really use.
Ocean Network just flipped its Alpha ON, testing a different idea: decentralized compute that runs directly from your IDE. 🧵
The bigger experiment begins March 16, when the public Beta opens.
Developers won’t need to think about servers at all.
They’ll just run code from their IDE, while a decentralized network coordinates the compute behind the scenes.

Early testing is already happening.
The Alpha cohort has executed 700+ compute jobs so far across GPUs like NVIDIA H200, 1060, and Tesla T4, stress testing how distributed compute can handle real AI workloads.
Ocean Network Alpha already processed 361 compute jobs in the first 48 hours while the cohort stress tests real workloads end-to-end.
Public Beta opens March 16.
Decentralized compute is starting to look usable.

@moonshot Would love to see the Ocean Protocol community.
They’re building decentralized AI infrastructure with Data NFTs, Compute-to-Data, and P2P compute through Ocean Network. Developers can even run workloads straight from VS Code.
Prediction markets have become the largest real-time, money-backed sentiment gauge across both crypto and traditional finance.
And right now, from Bitcoin to Ethereum to the Fed to NVIDIA, the signal is overwhelmingly bearish.
@CalebSol You need to check out Ocean Protocol. What I like about it is the focus on infrastructure, not hype. Data ownership, privacy, and monetization actually matter long term.
@100xAltcoinGems It's Ocean Protocol. It stands out by turning data into a usable, permissioned asset. Real utility, real builders, and a clear vision for an open data economy.
@SluzzyGems@AIOZNetwork surely does.
They are solving real case. IPFS adoption has always struggled with UX. AIOZ solving that with gateways is a smart and very investable move.
@fyrechartz The ticker for today is AIOZ.
The project @AIOZNetwork are building on the Depin narrative with better performance, better security, and lower costs not empty promises. They keep checking all three boxes.
@JR5_Crypto I am sure that Ocean Protocol won't rug you. It is one of the few projects that makes you think beyond tokens and toward systems, incentives, and governance.
@100xAltcoinGems R U familiar with Ocean Protocol? You'll learn that not everything needs to be flashy. Its steady progress reflects a team that understands how hard data problems really are.
