Is flipkart minutes a blatant scam?. 3 days since my order was placed, I was told delivery could be completed and will be refunded in 2 days. It's been 3 days and the customer support tells me to wait again for 48 hrs, that too with utmost disrespect and 0 support!

@British_Airways I was issued an e-voucher as my flight was cancelled by BA. I had requested multiple times for a refund but my case was always closed and I was told that I couldn't be refunded. I would request you to please refund my money as I don't want to use the evoucher.
