So apparently I completed 10 books this month.. Maximum books in the shortest month. So proud of this achievement. 🤭✌️ These includes books which I started long back but were on hold, some short novellas and new books which we started in Feb.

I have been under the spell of starting the books and not completing them. I feel the spell lifting this month. This month I completed 3 books which I started last year. A personal achievement 😅

MCA is preparing a Corporate Amendment Bill to simplify processes and reduce compliance under the Companies Act and LLP Act.

The proposal includes rationalising forms, expanding decriminalisation, and introducing reforms in laws governing professionals such as CAs and CS. It may allow multidisciplinary firms to offer integrated services.

The government also plans amendments to insolvency laws and to grant more powers to the NFRA. These changes aim to create a light touch, business friendly regulatory framework to boost productivity, investment, and employment.
