@ms_bubble_son@tommyvaughan@ken_keathley God could have simply made smallpox more lethal if he wanted to,but seems the smallpox that is now curable was enough of a punishment already in God's view.
@Redsabr @Evidentialism1 @Prophecy_YEC@DrFrankTurek Why couldn't have Jesus have spoken to both his disciples and about people and future people as well?
Matthew 24 34 is vague when it says "this" generation is Jesus referring to his generation or a specific generation later on in the future?๐ค
@Redsabr @Evidentialism1 @Prophecy_YEC@DrFrankTurek No,because Mark 13 37 Jesus would not just tell his disciples to watch but everyone as well,in context the reason Jesus told his disciples to be alert is because of Matthew 24 48-52.
@Evidentialism1 @Prophecy_YEC@DrFrankTurek The Trinity isn't like cloning, the Trinity are not different Gods.
The Son is simply God the Spirit in human form, how does that make it many Gods when they are both the same God?
@Evidentialism1 @Prophecy_YEC@DrFrankTurek God the Son is not a created being one of the reasons is because Jesus makes appearances in the Old Testament as God too like Exodus 3 for example the angel of the Lord is also God and the term angel in Bible doesn't mean a winged creature like in the modern world.
@Evidentialism1 @Prophecy_YEC@DrFrankTurek Both the Son and the Father existed always since they are both God the Son is the Father in human form so they are both one God.
So Jesus had some sort of spiritual body before entering Earth in a Earthly body.
@Evidentialism1 @Prophecy_YEC@DrFrankTurek I mean it depends what you mean by imperfect,Jesus was sinless so he was perfect there, but he was "imperfect" in the sense he wasn't omnipotent, omniscient or omnipresent, since a human body is limited.
@hop827 @Evidentialism1 @Prophecy_YEC@DrFrankTurek But i am sure Paul did and the disciples were on alert for Jesus return that's for sure, though the Bible itself doesn't say Jesus will return during Paul's lifetime that is a bad interprentation of Matthew 24 33 and 1 Thessalonians 4 15
@hop827 @Evidentialism1 @Prophecy_YEC@DrFrankTurek Paul didn't say Jesus will return in their lifetimes in 1 Thessalonians 4 15 it depends what does Paul mean when he says "we who are still alive" is he referring to individuals or the body of believers as a whole?
Because if the latter is the correct it can be a future event.
