I think that what a lot of English people would find 'grossly offensive' is the idea of a grown man having sexual intercourse with a nine year old girl

But maybe criticising this would be blasphemy ?

This is extremely difficult to accept. The charges against a 12-year-old accused of participating in the horrific group assault on Van Viet Truong weren’t withdrawn because prosecutors concluded nothing happened, they were withdrawn because prosecutors concluded they could not overcome doli incapax; the legal presumption applying to children under 14, by proving that this particular 12-year-old understood his alleged actions were seriously or morally wrong. Well, I certainly knew at 12 years old that violently attacking another human being was seriously wrong. I suspect most Australians will ask whether our law is setting the threshold for criminal responsibility in the right place. Van Viet Truong went to help another person and he suffered catastrophic injuries and died. His family deserves real justice.

After insisting they couldn't intervene, Labor is now raiding taxpayer funds to bail out the ATO with “transitional funding”

This isn't “backing small business” it's desperate damage control.

'Ignorance of the law' has NEVER been a defence.

So why are all these woke, bleeding-heart progressive judges letting migrants off with warnings for r-pe because 'oh they didn't know it was wrong'.

If they don't know r-pe is wrong they need to be deported immediately because they're obviously a threat to Australian women.

And the judges should be struck off for failing to uphold the basic expectation of the law.
