@GetWeIISoonAIys I’m sorry this happened to you! My art card was damaged in the packaging! I’ve been going back and forth with them since Wednesday, they tell me return everything and if available they we exchange it, but we all know it’s out of stock! So if you want the art card, I would keep it

This is my first time being able to score a signed anything from @TeamAriana. Very grateful, BUT is it normal to have a lot of them stuck in the gatefold and creased and some people straight up damaged! Is this normal activity?? @umusicsupport yall need to do better!

ATP I told them I should be allowed to return the vinyl it’s self keep my ruined art card that they ruined and get a refund, trying to do the right thing, I should have just told them it wasn’t even there
