Unofficial Jedd Gyorko | I hit 30 HRs one year | Pride of West Virginia | traded for Jon Jay | come out of the bullpen during blowouts | Better than Oli
This just means Mikolas is going to throw 7 shutout innings, allow 3 hits, and dominate Wednesday.
Because of course the team that knows everything about him won’t be able to touch him.
Say what you want about Contreras. He could have asked for a trade early in his contract the way the front office treated him in his first year.
He is awesome and always brought energy. And he loved playing in St. Louis.
Good luck in Boston, Willson!
It’s refreshing to see the Cardinals actually have a plan now. The last few years they have been stuck in neutral with no direction.
The losing will suck, but excited to see what Chaim Bloom can do to get the Cardinals back on track.
Mets fans everywhere. I owe you an apology . You did your part by showing up and supporting the team. We didn’t do our part. We will do a post-mortem and figure out the obvious and less obvious reasons why the team didn’t perform up to your and my expectations
We are all feeling raw emotions today. I know how much time and effort you have put into this team. The result was unacceptable. Your emotions tell me how much you care and continues to motivate the organization to do better. Thank You to the best fans in sports.
@morepellent My point is good pitching takes you a long way.
Instead of continuing to bank on guys like Mikolas, Fedde and Pallante. Find some legit guys for once.
It’s amazing where this Cardinals team could have been if they had a legit top of the rotation starter and a number two starter.
That’s all the front office had to do, but their incompetence still shows. I hope this new front office is hungry to make us good again.
BREAKING: Cardinals Owners Bill DeWitt Jr. and Bill DeWitt III have reportedly gone missing.
They’ve been missing since last offseason, right after blaming the fans in a controversial press conference.
If anyone sees them, please contact your local police
The funny thing is some people said the extreme heat this summer was a big factor some people were not going, and I’m sure that was the case for some.
Last night was a beautiful night for baseball. No humidity. Temps the 70s and last night it was the lowest attendance yet.
#Cardinals announce a tickets sold crowd of 17,675 tonight.
That is the smallest in Busch Stadium III history, and it is the first time they’ve sold fewer than 20,000. #stlcards
