This is a SATIRE!!
He is actually criticising the validity of what the first lady said
"Satire is a literary and artistic device that uses humor, irony, and exaggeration to expose and criticize foolishness, corruption, or societal flaws"
What Gilmore just showed is the literal impossibility of "living a luxury lifestyle" with an Akara business, which otherwise needed to be pegged at a price that the common man can't afford, for it to give a comfortable life in 2026.
The Range Rover, Polanco, Ferrari, BTC, etc.... From an Akara business... Is IMPOSSIBLE!
.
.
The issue is that the country is 80% entertainment industry-heavy
So when satire is used, we take it up as plain comedy. There's a thin line between satire and plain comedy. And if you watch satires closely enough, you'll understand it's underlining message and it will hit you deeper, on the reality of that particular subject.
Gilmore even posted the emoji "🤦🏾♂️" in his caption, to show that it's a Satire. He knows it's not realistic and the luxury lifestyle from an Akara business is close to a fallacy.
.
.
Other skit makers like Cater Efe, Kolu, etc... Did theirs, but Gilmore is the only person that did his with a literary tool and rhetoric device, using humor as the base, because PEOPLE WON'T PAY ATTENTION IF IT'S NOT ENTERTAINING
.
.
Thank you very much Gilmore. We understand your point and we are all working towards a better country and better governance.

The sins you don't commit you call Evil, the sins you do commit you call being Human
The liar judges the cheater, the cheater judges the thief and The thief judges the addict.
Everyone draws the moral lines exactly one-inch past their own sins
You tell little white lies but you never cheat so you look down on the cheater, someone else cheats but will never steal so you look down on the thief
Every person picks the sins they are comfortable with, quietly forgives themselves for those and judges everyone whose sins just happens to be different
We are all sinners, we just chose different ones and then we built an entire sense of being a good person around the specific sins we do not commit
Your morality isn't always the clean standard you live up to, it's just a map of temptations you personally don't have
The person you're judging right now is judging someone else for the exact things you do
Everyone standing on their own little of sin, pointing at everyone else's
@bigbrutha_ It's a large consortium backing the project from the jump (>140) so they're probably more B2B focused. With AE, Stripe, Visa and MasterCard involved I'm sure they'll integrate it into their payment rails. The liquidity will be driven by the transactions that happen on those rails
@adewus4real It's already muscle memory for players. They've done it for years so it's not something they'll just remember to suddenly stop. Moreso, he's not the first to make the mistake, it also didn't cost them the game, so I don't get where the headline is coming from.
