NYT: "You've been talking on your show about whether Trump is the Antichrist"
Tucker Carlson: "I have not said that"
NYT: You said, "Here's a leader mocking the Gods of his ancestors, mocking the God of Gods, and exalting himself above them. Could this be the Antichrist?"
TC: "I actually did not say 'could this be the Antichrist?'"
NYT: ***plays clip of him saying exactly that***
TC: "I don't know where that comes from, but I know those words never left my lips"
@rvolt24@excathedraa@realspeckzo Ignoramus. I'll simplify for your tiny brain: local states laws in Macon Georgia can pass whatever laws they. Then later be ruled unconstitutional. That doesn't mean they are supported by the constitution once they are passed. You can't cite Gemara and say oh Jews believe this.
@BaronDeBastrop@PAstartes1776@dirkjayl@realspeckzo There's a clear distinction. Rabbis did not remove sabbath, new moon, kosher. Also, we don't have images/statutes of Hashem. You guys violate it by constantly presenting images of what you believe-Mary + Jesus
@AnotherGroyp@habahurhahu@27gunfighterz@realspeckzo I'm honestly impressed by your depth of knowledge. But the oral tradition gave the authority to the majority to do so. There's no turning it around--How can God change his mind? So the entire narrative of the OT was about the Jews then one day- oh wait nevermind
@AnotherGroyp@habahurhahu@27gunfighterz@realspeckzo I know little because it's totally inconsistent with the Torah. How can Hashem change his mind? So one day the Torah's 613 commandments are applicable-then the next they don't apply? Kosher, blessing the new moon? Etc... I don't think he abrogated it. Agree to disagree
@AnotherGroyp@habahurhahu@27gunfighterz@realspeckzo The answer is anthropomorphism. We worship one God. Narration is just one style of writing. The Torah opens up with many language discrepancies and the writing style is not proof of multiple gods.Hashem is unknowable, and he is One. Not more than 1
@Sergeyk_88@dirkjayl@realspeckzo Well somehow we make up .06% of the world, and manage to hold the record for longest practicing form of monotheism. Coincidence or God? We are okay not being part of the general consensus.
