This young girl swallowed a coin last December, and after months of complications, doctors scheduled surgery to remove it.

But just as the family had prepared for sedation and doctors were about to begin the operation, she suddenly coughed out the coin herself.

To everyone's shock, it wasn't the small coin they thought she had swallowed—it was a much larger KSh 20 coin.
