And our upper bowl is normally cut off due to nobody needing to sit up there. On one particular night the whole place was packed with 17k I believe and the whole upper bowl was used.

Not to discredit anything, but to be fair...

Never heard a single complaint about the ice from players/coaches. The maintenance issue was unfortunate, but there was also a lengthy delay in Game 1. And many of the 3,573 were in the sections behind the benches (not shown in pic).
