@alex208954 You can't trade fifa coins for real money, you can (but aren't allowed) to sell players for real money. Don't need the blockchain for that but you don't need banks either yet they exist.
@alex208954 I respect your opinion. But there is a lot of demand for that so I guess it will be inevitable. Games like Fifa would be a lot better with NFTs for example.
@alex208954 I know that. But if those items were in a blockchain, it would be like when a company goes public. Items would be open for speculation even for people who don't want to play the game. Also transaction would be completely transparent.
@alex208954 To come back to your example. Yes you can do that without NFTs but NFTs allow you to have real ownership of your item without having to rely on someone's servers. And you can trade them for real money whenever you want.
