@mtnug I’ve now resorted to using the SIM card in my phone. MTN positions itself as a leading internet provider, but this is disgraceful service. You sold me a faulty device, lied about battery life, ignored my calls for help, and then denied a replacement.

@mtnug I finally went to your Victoria Mall, Entebbe centre to get activation done myself. Another MTN salesperson at a golf tournament in Entebbe heard my story, promised a replacement power bank. Final response? “Not approved under current support guidelines."

@mtnug I was told the power bank lasts 6–8 hours (key for my field work). It doesn’t even last 1 hour on a full charge. The charging port (type C) on the router doesn’t work at all. Even my 50,000mAh power bank can’t power it. The router is essentially defective.

@mtnug I’m extremely disappointed. I bought a 5G router for critical fieldwork as a cinematographer. Here’s what happened: The salesperson left it with me without activating it. 3 days of no internet despite multiple follow-ups. I had to scramble for alternatives for data.
