Where was the lottery ? We demand responds !

@CMRobertWhiteDC HPAP continues to change the rules arbitrarily and is not communicating with NOE’s holders. We need a transparent process. DHCD urgently needs oversight. They are playing with the future lives and dreams of vulnerable people! Please intervene and demand a clear and transparent process. @DCDHCD where is the HPAP lottery process? Shouldn’t this be accessible to the public to observe ?
