No To Unfair Self ID

This is the name parkrun keep deleting from their results. They choose to have a male keep female parkrun records and delete the record of a female runner

[No To Unfair Self ID @Unfair_Self_ID]

The 8 @parkrunUK results, first F and age category F record of No To Unfair Self ID have been reinstated but the name forced to Unknown

Account disabled so no results from now on unless I provide “accurate and suitable information”

20 Unknown parkrunners are allowed though 1/3

Bridges, along with male Cara Dixon, has been hoovering up Strava QOMs, bumping female cyclists down.👇

Same as w parkrun self-ID - entitled males steal things of value from females. The people in charge are happy to let this happen bc “inclusion”. #notoselfID #SaveWomensSports

[Mara Yamauchi @mara_yamauchi]

Bridges *is* allowed to compete, just not in the female category. How about @itvnews profiled a top female cyclist aiming for Paris, so we could all celebrate her & girls might be inspired to take up cycling? Oh no, instead you ran a sob story about a man who says he’s a woman.

@JamesEsses 👏 👏 👏 The only people being banned are women! If they assert their single sex rights in sport they’re threatened with banning, legal action, loss of hard earned scholarships etc

[James Esses @JamesEsses]

17. A wealth of peer-reviewed research has been viewed critically and informed the decision by British Cycling, which was taken after a 9-month consultation period.

18. The discussion is not driven by ‘bad faith actors’ but by concerned members of the public.

🧵Thread - The 24 Lies of Emily Bridges

For my sins, I have compiled list of every lie spouted in Bridges’ statement:

1. Nobody has been ‘banned’ from racing. Everyone remains fully entitled to take part in sporting categories corresponding to their biological sex.

Can't believe this.. parkrun deleting photos! Apart from the obvious censorship, it's not very inclusive or welcoming!

I had a great time and felt very welcomed by other parkrunners, shocked that my photos were deleted too.

This male still holds the overall fastest female and fastest 35 to 39 yr old female records

There are more than 16 @parkrunuk female records held by males and many more in @parkrunAU

If any results are published, they must be fair to both females and males

Milestone : 10th result of No To Unfair Self ID to deleted by @parkrunUK.

Yet males are still allowed to keep their female records.

They may be hidden on the parkrun website but parkrun allows all its data to feed into a 5k app and @runbritain which still publicises records

The now familiar intimidation, silencing & victimisation of people who believe sex matters has now reached running clubs. Runners who speak up for fairness for females are denounced. I know of four cases in addition to this one. 👇

[Ghost22 💚🤍💜 @anon_gencrit]

@maanvis81 @mara_yamauchi @Healthy_Control 3 other options:
1. They can just turn up & run, no registration - their time would appear as “Anonymous” (ie. Name not known).
2. PNTS (prefer not to say), or
3. OG (other gender)

[Mara Yamauchi @mara_yamauchi]

@Martina @cathydevine56 He’s the England Athletics stats/data person. He began by taking a swipe at me & my friends👇who ran at Cannon Hill on 3 Feb in SWS shirts. Parkrun erased all photos of us. Since then he’s been vigorously defending men running in the F category at parkrun bc them’s the rules.

[Mara Yamauchi @mara_yamauchi]

Darren is happy for all women & girls to suffer unfairness at parkrun for the sake of a few men. He forgets that a) we all have eyes & can see easily who is M/F; & b) plenty of TIMs are already running in AGI/PNTS - welcome & included but also females get fairness.

With 💔 I have cancelled my parkrun Forever subscription. Donated since it started but I can't bankroll an organisation that instead of correcting its poor gender policy, it hides the stats...what poor leadership

@stevengarden1 @parkrunUK I was not allowed to be Unknown either Despite there being over 20 registered Unknown parkrunners.
And others weren’t allowed to be Willie Tucker even though Abominable Snowman is still enjoying new results each week

Well it isn’t for me apparently. Had 10 results deleted just because I’m asking for fair results for F parkrunners. My friends have had photos censored and tweets hidden by @parkrunUK Your hiding of age category data negatively affects your older and female community

Thread on parkrun & censorship.

On Saturday, I and a few friends ran @CannonHparkrun wearing #savewomenssports T-shirts. We had a wonderful time, had a lot of support & are grateful to the fabulous volunteers who put it on. 🙏 Amazing to have men supporting us too! 💪👍
