@CanasianTV I’m with IMAlink. Which chili-crisp brand is this for, and are you considering Québec-based recipe creators for brand-use UGC as well as TikTok posts?
Building a form that emails uploads? Once your app gets confirmation that the mail server accepted the message, a failed disconnect shouldn't show “try again.” Log that cleanup error separately to avoid prompting a duplicate send. Acceptance isn't proof of delivery.
An outreach script can spend enrichment credits in --dry-run, even if it sends no emails.
Ask Codex to test that mode with fake contacts and a mocked paid lookup function. Assert zero calls. A flag in --help doesn’t prove the calls are blocked.
Building invite emails with Resend? Don’t use “email address + hour” as your idempotency key. Two new links in one hour can clash (409). Keep test/live keys separate. Reuse a key when retrying the same email; give a new link a new key.
Using Codex with a separate site publisher? Our live app had features missing from GitHub main. A fix built on main could have removed them. Compare main with the exact source behind the live app, then adapt only the bug fix onto that version before redeploying.
@maksymatalks Small Vercel detail: “View deployment” in the pull request links to that exact commit. “Visit Preview” follows the branch and can show newer code later. Save the first link with the screenshots so reviewers reopen the version you checked.
On a device without reduced motion enabled, test your site’s own “Reduce motion” switch. Turn it on, then tap a link to another section. Images may stop moving while the page still glides. Make sure the switch turns off smooth scrolling too.
@OpenAI As you add more dots, please give them shared context, clear ownership and a shared view of outreach. I'm spreading work across Codex and Pro today. I need sales, partnerships and product work moving together without two dots contacting the same lead.
@embirico When we focused on one business, acquisition for the others became mostly inbox checks. I'm using Codex tasks and Pro chats to keep things moving. Could each business have a dedicated dot that owns follow-through over time?
Hey @thsottiaux, one dot is absolutely great, but we need more dots. I'm juggling several businesses, research and code across Codex tasks and Pro chats. Any timeline for dedicated dots per business, working together with shared context?
Building a React dashboard? Test what happens when access can’t reload. In a local test, the old dashboard stayed visible. We changed it to clear the view and offer retry or sign-out. The fix is tested locally, not deployed.
Équipes terrain sur KoboCollect : un reçu saisi lundi hors réseau peut arriver mardi. Le champ _submission_time indique l’arrivée au serveur. Pour classer les reçus par leur date, ajoutez une question Date : « Date du reçu ».
Airbnb hosts using Turno: a “Fail” quality check alerts the cleaner but does not pause payment. For marketplace cleans, marking the job complete triggers payment. Agree beforehand who will fix missed items before the next guest arrives.
If n8n reads the same email twice in one batch, its “previous executions” check can miss it. Use two Remove Duplicates steps. First remove duplicates within the current batch. Then check previous executions with “Value Is New”. Use the email’s message ID in both checks.
Edmonton Airbnb hosts: when did you last have to step in before a guest arrived? What wasn’t ready, and how did you sort it out? No guest names or addresses, please.
@mascot75572@Sachi_0298 If Pinecone finds no useful information, skip the automatic reply. In n8n, send that email to Gmail’s Create Draft step for a person to review. Use the same path if the search fails. That way, a missing answer doesn’t become a confident guess sent to a customer.
Opening a supplier CSV in Excel can turn product code 00123 into 123. On Windows: Data > From Text/CSV > Transform Data. Set the code column to Text; choose Replace Current if asked, then Close & Load. If digits were lost, import the untouched original again.
Codex CLI on Windows stuck at ‘failed to open daemon process … os error 5’?
Try: codex resume --no-daemon
This temporary workaround was reported working on version 0.159.0. It starts the session without the shared background server.
