@the1emvee@pimoroni @hardillb @PihuT I've seen people claiming to have received boards from Pihut, but they may just be the Priority Boarding people. I got a code after placing my order with Pimoroni, I wish I'd cancelled that and ordered from Pihut now.
@the1emvee@pimoroni @hardillb It's on their Pi 5 FAQ. Not much information there, frustrating that this didn't get emailed to people with an order, I can't imagine many people were keeping an eye on that page.

@Gadgetoid And I suppose the usual antihistamines do nothing for you? That seems common. My dad ended up eating local honey over winter to see if the pollen in it would cause exposure therapy. To be fair his hayfever is less serious now, but anecdotes and data and all that.
@Gadgetoid You're not supposed to put your head *into* the Wotsits bag Phil.
Hay fever wouldn't be so bad if it was more predictable. Mine left for about 10 years, came back for a week, and has wondered off again. Who knows when it'll be back.
@nikangethe@ivyliamgadgets@GearboxKE@Raspberry_Pi True, the definition wasn't specific enough. I guess the chip in a flashdisk can never be programmed, as it is designed at the hardware level to do only a single job. A microcontroller can be reprogrammed to do different things, but not as easily as a desktop pc.
@nikangethe@ivyliamgadgets@GearboxKE@Raspberry_Pi Microcontrollers are small, low power computers which do one job constantly, e.g. get the temperature from a sensor, and turn the heat on if it is cold. The Pico is a device with one of these, designed to make it easy to learn how to use and make things with the microcontroller.
@Translink_NI Why on Earth is this not flagged on the Translink Timetable app where disruption is normally shown? Why are all the station boards saying trains are on time? I've bought a ticket I can't use now, the conductor says there aren't enough drivers for substitution busses.
@Gadgetoid Honestly, I mostly use the little card reference which Pimoroni gave out (sold?) a while ago. It's one less tab to have opened which needs monitor space.
@TheMagPi@BatGlenn13 taught me how to use Selenium over the weekend, so I'm playing with pulling data from web pages for an internet-scraping dashboard using a @pimoroni Inky Impression board.
