@NorthernStar901 @nyaraVT Biologist would probably first look at ratio of sex hormones because karyotyping is difficult, by that metric they would determine Nyara is female. Also transitioning doesn't have to alter DNA because we all have the blueprint for both sexes in our DNA regardless of sex.
