We are incredibly proud to reach this important milestone on the first Joint Support Ship. At @Seaspan, we know that building ships requires teamwork. You need a workforce, an industry, a supply chain, and strong partnerships. #cdnecon #cdnbiz #cdnjobs

Ever notice 99 percent of the roads are named after men? The time for that to change is long overdue. Strength IS diversity and inclusion. #womensrights #Unifor #RespectWomen

[Tiger Trailers @TigerTrailers]

Did you know stud welding was developed in 1930 at the New York Navy Yard, specifically for attaching wood decking over a metal surface. Stud welding became popular in the shipbuilding and construction industries. #WeldingFacts #TigerTrailers

This morning our workforce gathered for a moment of silence to remember and honour Trevor O’Neil, an employee of MacKinnon and Olding (M&O) who passed away following a workplace accident. Our thoughts and condolences are with Trevor's family, friends, and colleagues at M&O.

[Unifor Local 1 @UniforLocal1]

It is with very heavy hearts to hear that Trevor O'Neil passed away last night. Unifor Local 1 would like to extend our deepest sympathy, and prayers for the O'Neil family at this difficult time. #brokenheart
